Aiming to connect the voters or the residents of the concerned areas with the respected Members of Parliament (MP), an online based digital platform ‘amarmp.com’ has been officially inaugurated today, January 16, 2017 at the BCC Auditorium, ICT Tower, Agargaon, Dhaka. Honorable ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak inaugurated this unique online digital connecting platform, whereas honorable Deputy Speaker of Bangladesh National Parliament House Mr. Fazle Rabbi Miah was the chief guest in the inauguration ceremony.

Deputy Speaker Mr. Fazle Rabbi Miah convened all the respected Members of Parliament (MP) to get connected to this digital platform for their own sake. He said-“The more all the MPs get attached to the general people, the more they come to know about people of their respective areas and it would definitely bring a good result for them in upcoming national elections too.” Deputy Speaker also thanked Zunaid Palak for his tremendous contribution in country’s ICT growth. Besides, he also showed his gratitude towards amarmp.com for introducing such a platform.

ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak said-“Anyone across the country can visit amarmp.com to interact with their respective MPs directly regarding any issues. Even, the people who can’t afford computer or internet access can also go through this digital platform from the Digital Centers established in their respective areas by the government.”

Respected Members of Parliament (MP) from different zones across the country were also present in the inauguration ceremony of amarmp.com, where they answered several questions asked by the audience. Top ten respected MPs were also awarded in the program for providing best replies to the questions asked in the digital online platform amarmp.com.    

The inauguration ceremony was presided over by the Chairman of amarmp.com Mr. Shusanta Das Gupta and the whole session was moderated by the media personality Shampa Reza. At the end of the program, Deputy Speaker Mr. Fazle Rabbi Miah handed over crests to the honorable MPs present in the program.
